Kevina was an excellent instructor taking time to go through and explain the requirements in detail. She made all the trainees feel at ease during the course and ensured all participants were equally involved in the activities. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience that she shared with the staff during the course. I really enjoyed the course and feel confident that I now have the tools for completing audits.
