Well prepared and knowledge tutor.

The course was great to get to know how to prepare for the course, how to write good non-conformities and get comfortable to read the documents. I think it was also good that we did not focus too much going through the MDSAP only

Great course, showed a lots of gaps we are currently dealing, very good start to the pathway of best approach auditing, but still long way to go, to feel more comfortable with writing NCs and navigating between clauses and annexes and articles and ammendments, and interpreting requirements in it

I enjoyed this course and would certainly recommend. John was a very knowledgeable tutor - he was easy to approach and explained all concepts clearly and efficiently. The course materials were also very helpful, especially the attachments for the example documents. Overall, this course was a nice overview of key areas of validation.

John was extremely knowledgable and made the training extremely interactive and engaging. A lot of topics covered in detail and full explanations given. Brilliant overall.
