The course is well given, but I don't understand the misalignment between what the course is teaching and how the view of the quality director as well as global is. Therefore I don't see the added value of the course

Good course, would have helped to have some more exercises more regularly throughout the course. A higher level, concise strategy for approaching M&V project for those not familiar with the area would have ben useful, such as a full sample report.
