Excellent experience

Thoroughly enjoyed the course, Gina was great, and the mock training session pushed me out of my comfort zone somewhat by having to do it in front of my colleagues, which I find more difficult than doing in front of my clients or strangers. But watching the video made me realize that I was actually better than how I felt at the time. I would recommend that that the course be accredited to give a qualification even if it meant extending it somewhat (e.g. one of the weeks instead of one day, could have two days back to back)

I was hesitant about the course at first as some times i struggle sitting in a classroom all day but I thoroughly enjoyed it and found it so interesting and interactive, It was by far my favorite course to date! Gina was brilliant and so friendly and welcoming

Found the Tutor engaging as well as clear and concise instructions with regard to expectations. I found the interactions and lengthy discussions with the tutor as well as with colleagues very helpful and great to get difference interpretations/approaches.

Gina and Emer are very engaging and it encourages everyone to participate. They have a way of making everyone fell at ease and speak freely. They present the material well and always give me time to ask questons. I know I can reach out at any time. The support is great
