Implement and operate the management system, including checks, corrective actions and management review processes

Day 2:

Prepare audit documentation and audit plans
Build and coordinate an effective audit team
Conduct audits using appropriate techniques and tools
Gather and evaluate audit evidence
Present and report audit findings clearly
Apply learning through case-based audit scenarios
