Carmel Bracken

Carmel is an experienced consultant and trainer in Food Safety, Operations & Lean Management. Carmel has a B.Sc. (Hons) Degree in Science, a MSc in Food Safety Management, a Post Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management (Lean Black Belt), Train the Trainer L6 and Lead Auditor Qualification. Carmel has worked in industry for 20 years + in a variety of positions ranging from Technical to Operations & Site management & more recently; consulting on Quality Systems, People Development & Continuous Improvement Project Management including Standard Work & Routine Development.

Carmel has a strong ambition to drive people to utilise experience & gathered data to drive continual improvement & to encourage people to acknowledge risk assessment techniques in order to create a pro-active culture within any organisation. People development is a core focus for Carmel & one which gives satisfaction to the coach & indeed the recipient.
