How to save and load a form

In order to save a form you must be logged in. Once logged in, if you view a form which you have previously saved you will be given the option of loading your saved version from a link at the top of the page. The option to login or save a form is not present on all pages or forms.

If you are logged in and wish to save a form then click the ‘Save Progress’ button. Your progress will be saved and you will receive a notification back as shown in the screenshot below.

To login just select the ‘Login’ button and enter your username and password. You also have the option of creating a free account by clicking the ‘Signup’ button.

If you have an account but can’t remember your password, please click on the ‘Lost password?’ link when trying to login.

If you are logged in and visit a page where you’ve already saved a form you will be given the option of loading your saved information. Just click on the banner that says ‘click here to load your saved form’. Please remember to check all your information before submitting the form to SQT.
